NeuroVantage Foundation
Building pathways for neurodistinct thinkers.
The NeuroVantage Foundation is being formed to advance employment access, leadership development, and systems change for neurodistinct individuals — the people who have always been in the room, but rarely at the table.
Why This Exists
It started with family.
Ken Parekh, NVA’s co-founder, has two sons on the Autism Spectrum. That personal reality became the lens through which he built everything at NeuroVantageAI — and it’s the reason the Foundation exists.
The professional world is filled with neurodistinct people who are brilliant, capable, and systematically underestimated. They land in roles below their ability. They burn out masking. They can’t find the mentors, coaches, or sponsors who see what they’re actually capable of.
The NeuroVantage Foundation is Ken’s attempt to change that at scale — by creating the pathways, programs, and partnerships that move neurodistinct talent from margin to leadership.
“I’m not just building a company that works with neurodistinct people. I’m trying to build the infrastructure that gives my sons — and the thousands of people like them — a real shot at the careers they deserve.”
— Ken Parekh, Co-Founder, NeuroVantageAI
