Executive Coaching

Coaching built for the way you actually think.

NeuroVantageAI’s executive coaching practice is built for leaders who think differently — whether that’s a formal diagnosis, a lifelong sense of operating outside the traditional model, or simply the recognition that the way you process is an asset traditional coaching model was never designed to use.

You don't need a diagnosis to belong here.

NeuroVantage’s coaching practice was built around neurodistinct leaders — and is genuinely effective for anyone who recognizes that they think differently than the standard model assumes. If the conventional executive development path has felt ill-fitting, this was designed with you in mind.

01

IC-to-Leadership Shift

High-performing individual contributors stepping into leadership for the first time — and finding the transition harder than expected.

02

Neurodistinct Leaders

Autistic leaders, ADHDers, formally diagnosed or self-identified — executives who are done masking and ready to lead from their actual strengths.

03

Technical Talent at Scale

Engineers, product leaders, and technical executives navigating the demands of people, strategy, and organizational influence.

FOUNDER coaching Team

Three disciplines. One integrated model.

Assessment, coaching, and tool development work together at NeuroVantageAI because the people behind them do. Joanie leads assessments, Ennis curates the frameworks and tools, and Ken drives the coaching and partners with Rod on Innovation Consulting.

Ken Parekh

CPCC | Executive Coach | Innovation Consultant

Ken spent nearly two decades inside Deloitte Consulting’s Innovation practice, leading large-scale transformation engagements before moving into executive coaching and co-founding NeuroVantageAI.

That background shapes everything about how NeuroVantageAI works: outcomes-first, assessment-backed, and built to actually change how leaders operate — not just how they think about changing.

As the father of two sons on the Autism Spectrum, Ken brings deep personal conviction to developing neurodistinct leaders. His advisory roles at Stanford’s Autism Center, the Stanford Neurodiversity Project, SCNHP, and as Co-Chair of the GGRC Self-Determination Advisory Committee keep him close to the research and the community.

Ennis Olson

AuDHD Leader & Advocate | Neuroconvergent Leadership

Ennis brings something rare to NeuroVantageAI: he’s not just an expert on neurodistinct leadership — he’s living it. As an AuDHD founder and advocate, he’s spent his career building the case that cognitive difference is a strategic advantage, not a liability.

His background spans Workplace Experience at Google, FinTech, and the food industry, with deep expertise in aligning business strategy and operations with human-centered design.

At NeuroVantageAI, Ennis curates the tools, frameworks, and resources that ground the coaching practice — drawing on his experience co-founding Neuroconvergent Leadership and speaking at venues including the Stanford Neurodiversity Summit and the Society of Consulting Psychology.neuro

Joanie Connell, Ph.D.

PhD | Organizational Consultant | Leadership Assessment | Author

Joanie leads NeuroVantageAI’s assessment practice, bringing deep expertise in psychology and electrical engineering to the intersection of technical leadership and human development.

She is the author of Consulting to Technical Leaders, Teams, and Organizations: Building Leadership in STEM Environments — a framework that underpins much of NeuroVantage’s work with technical leaders.

Joanie designs and oversees the assessment process that anchors every NVA coaching engagement, ensuring the data clients receive is rigorous, relevant, and interpreted through a neurodistinct-informed lens.

How It Works

Assessment-backed. Neurodistinct-informed. Outcomes-focused.

Most coaching starts with a conversation. NeuroVantageAI starts with data. Every engagement begins with a formal assessment — so your coach understands you (and your team’s) leadership profile(s) before the first session, not six months in.

Step 01

Leadership Assessment

Hogan, Leadership Circle Profile, or neurodiversity-informed tools for individuals or teams — chosen based on your context. Establishes a baseline and surfaces patterns that often go unnamed.

Step 02

Debrief & Goal Setting

A structured debrief of assessment results turns data into insight. Together, you identify two or three focus areas that will move the needle most over the engagement.

Step 03

Ongoing Coaching

Bi-weekly sessions, real accountability, and mid-point check-ins. Engagements run 6–12 months. Progress is tracked against the goals you set — not a generalized competency framework.

The Difference

Built different. On purpose.

Traditional coaching model was designed for a neurotypical leader. NeuroVantageAI was built for everyone the traditional model missed — and the leaders who never felt like they fit the template to begin with.
