Ken Parekh brings over twenty-five years’ experience advising global profit and not-for-profit businesses and Boards, strengthening organizational & leadership capabilities and building and leading high performance teams. He specializes in leadership development and executive coaching for fast growth technology, professional services and mission-driven organizations with an emphasis on working with neurodivergent entrepreneurial leaders and scaling businesses.

Rod is an entrepreneur and management consultant who helps organizations reinvigorate their innovation capabilities. His structured approach aligns strategy, human-centered design, value chain optimization, lean principles and organizational culture to increase enterprise value. He initiated the Sandbox42 Innovation approach based on his experience and research showing that organizational neurodiversity is an asset that is under-appreciated and under-leveraged in most companies.
