Ken is the father of two neurodivergent sons and brings over twenty-five years’ experience advising  organizations, developing leadership capabilities and building and high performance teams. He specializes in leadership development and executive coaching for neurodivergent entrepreneurial leaders.

Joanie combines her knowledge and experience in psychology and electrical engineering to work with technical leaders, including neurodivergent leaders. She is the author of Consulting to Technical Leaders, Teams, and Organizations: Building Leadership in STEM Environments.

Rod is an entrepreneur and management consultant who helps organizations reinvigorate their innovation capabilities. His structured approach aligns strategy, human-centered design, value chain optimization, lean principles and organizational culture to increase enterprise value. He initiated the Sandbox42 Innovation approach based on his experience and research showing that organizational neurodiversity is an asset that is under-appreciated and under-leveraged in most companies.
